Took a Vacation Day from work to enjoy the nice day out on the lake with my dad. Around 9am we put in at Ladd Landing. The bite has turned on in the last week with the fish starting to move up. Water temp was 55 around the steam plant and a lil cooler on up the Clinch. We caught fish everywhere we stopped. Fish were on points and up in the shallows. Around 2 we got hungry so we loaded up the boat and went to Cracker Barrel. After getting our bellies full we went into Rockwood and put in at Tom Fuller ramp. Fished in Rockwood slew and the pattern was pretty much the same. Caught fish on jerks, home made plugs, and traps. Here is a pic of one of the ones we caught.
