Page two for Hal and me today. After our trip to the Riverpark this AM, we decided to go chase crappie for a while. I haven't been for a few days and really didn't know what was going on. We fished a lot of different places and finally found some fish on bluffs and then we went to blowdowns and caught a few, then to close out the day, we went to a spawning bank and found some good fish. Total catch today was 25 crappie. I'm almost positive that we had more that I forgot to use the clicker on.

I kept 12, 1 spotted bass, and 2 big yellow bass and we released all the rest. I think that Hal caught a bluegill or two and of course he just had to catch my pet drum. emoBigSmile We used 1/32 oz jigs in the shallow water and 1/16 oz jigs on the bluffs and deeper blowdowns. Fish were caught on PA's, slab slayers, stingers, BG shads, and stubby butts. Color didn't matter as long as it was pearl/chartreuse or white/chartreuse. emoBigSmile emoGeezer
