Woke up around 2pm this afternoon ready to get some work done to the boat, then while working got a call from mom saying "lets go fishing" well you can say no to their mom? emoBig
so get the work done and off to Shellmound we go. We put in about 430ish and we hit a spot that produced some last summer. Traps were the bait of the day even though only landed three and one was a keeper at 2.29lbs. Still a good day with the two most important women in my life. emoAngel Just hate that they didnt catch anything. Details for today listed below, May the best times of your past be the worst of your future.<br /><br /><br />1 fish (undersize) caught on 1/4 oz golden color rattle trap (cant remember the brand was bought at R and R last year)<br />2 fish (one undersize and one keeper) caught on 1/2 oz Cotton Cordell Rattle trap royal Shad in color<br />rods were Johnny Norris with Abu Silvermax and Berkley 10lb test<br />Quatmn with Abu Silver max and Berkley 10lb test<br /><br />
