Well, Mrs DK and I had a little 3 part tx this morning with our grandkids. Most crappie. Biggest crappie. Most fish caught. It was looking bad for Daniel and I as we got off to a terrible start. Gabrielle and Wanda had us 5 crappie to 1 and 5 yellow bass to 1 when the boys began our comeback.<br /><br />It was nip and tuck, but the guys finally took the lead at 9 to 8 crappie. Then it was tied up again. Back and forth it went until Daniel and I caught 3 crappie in a row to take a commanding lead. We won the crappie txs by landing 14 to 12. We also had the 2 biggest crappie at 12.25 and 12.5 inches. Gabrielle caught a nice 11.75 inch male crappie as black as coal. But we were completely beaten by total fish caught as the gals caught 21 to our 16. <br /><br />The winners get the biggest piece of birthcake for lunch. It was a fun two hours. Saw Gator and Labman had already seined the place when we finally got the fish figured out. emoBig Labman pleaded innocence since he was in Gator's boat. We had a big laugh. emoBig emoGeezer
