Polo is having a tough time finding a good Riverpark guide. I took him this AM and we really wanted to catch a mess of stripers, smallmouth bass, etc. but all we could get to bite for us today was a drum, 5 nice spots, and 1 little smallie. After watching some boats running up and down the middle of the flow, we decided to go check out a spot in the lake that I wanted to see if the crappie were spawning on yet, and we caught 14 in about 1 hour of fishing. <br /><br />I got a call from my granddaughter from Louisiana telling me that they were coming to visit around noon, so Mark and I stopped fishing for the day. I had fun, but wish that I could have gotten him on a big striper. Next time.
