Sorry this is late, but here goes. Get off I-15 at the Centerville exit. Since you're heading south that should be Parish Lane (I hope I'm getting this right) turn left and go over the freeway heading east turn right on the frontage road and head to Page Lane turn right at the stop sign and head west back under the freeway until you reach the Bountiful dump keep to the left and you're there.

Hey Loan
I was got there about 7:00ish and bass fished until about 8:30. Had no bites so I decided to try some marshmellows. Still nothing. As I was walking back I stopped at the 2nd dock and talked to a couple other guys. They were nice enough to trade me a couple of their worms for some Off I had in my tackle box. Great guys they were. They caught a couple 2 pound cat fish and I caught a few small cats until I left at about 10:00. We where using worms and a marshmellow.
WH2, I really have no clue, Bountiful pond isnt too close to the freeway. Are you talking about the kaysville ponds that they are reconstructing? It was the first time I had been there. Really A lot bigger pond than I had thought. I am going to probably head back down there tonight with my 4 year old for a couple hours.

I go there about 3 times a week and get 5 or 6 bass on a worm or spinner and 3 trout on power bait or samon eggs and a bid carp or two. I haven't been able to catch many catfish though[unsure] I think it is because I get there to late in the morning. does anyone know how to catch the catfish there in the late morning any help would be nice thanks.

Welcome to the site Fishkid!!!
Cats as a general rule do their majority of feeding at night. By morning they are usually fat and happy. I will have to try powerbait for the trout when I go next time. Are their any size to the bass or trout you catch?

Thanks it is nice to be here. There are a couple of bass that I have caught there that have some size to them, one that was a 15 in white bass [sly]and I couple large mouth's that have been around 14 in. I thought that might be why I haven't got into many catfish thanks.
