<br />Hello, My name is Gene and I&#39;m a crappieholic.<br />I cant eat, I cant sleep without thinking about it.<br />Na just kidding. We&#39;ll maybe.......<br /><br />Got off work today and it was beautiful but I needed to take care of a few things so that put me on the water at about 6pm. I ran to a spot up in the creek where the creek comes the closest to the shoreline. Started casting the shoreline and immediately started picking up fish. Boated somewhere around twenty crappie and two largemouth bass bringing home nine of the crappie. The crappie were running in the 9 3/4 to 11 inches. Water temp was 67 degrees. Only used one color because this cajun cricket has been so hot for me this year I can&#39;t put it down.
