Got back in town yesterday from Jacksonville fishing trip about 1830. I was finally able to talk Kruger into heading out to the dam about midnight. Got to the dam about 0030, we are still trying to get Kruger a TARP cat and increase my current TARP size. This time we took every bait possible. Large shiners, chicken breast, nightcrawlers, and some frozen bluegill. We caught 11 total, biggest ones were a little over 10lbs a piece. The avg. that we have caught there has been around 5lbs or better. All fish were caught on chicken breast, never tried the worms or bluegill. Trolling motor battery died and we were getting cold and tired. Headed back for the ramp about 03:45. Still searching and waiting on the monsters. I just want to say how much I appreciate: Alan(cathooker),Richard(rsimms), and Eric(ericm) for taking the time to answer phone calls and pm's with tips and advise. I cant wait to finally meet these legends ,and steal as much knowledge as I can.
