[laugh] I want to start by just saying what a wonderful and informative site this is. I am so glad that we found it and I want to thank everyone that has given us all the advice and answers to our questions! But I have to brag for a moment. Our 7 year old son has become addicted to fishing. The last 3 weekend's he has outfished us both. Catching 4 gar, 1 drum, and a big gafftop. His very first fish was a flounder. The only one he hasn't caught is a shart, and a redfish. But last weekend, we were fishing in Pleasure Island, Texas and he caught a 12 lb. 18" Jack Cravel. A fish which my husband says you only catch offshore. Needless to say he was thrilled and STILL hasn't stopped talking about it. We have decided to quit taking him fishing with us anymore haha! Well good luck to all you fisherman (and women) just wanted to brag for a bit..[laugh]

I always get a good laugh or fishing info I can used in some way. Everyone has always been willing to help others to try to get on some fish. More than that it is good to see what kind of fish are biting in different places. I feel very proud to be a part of this great site. That’s some nice fish your son caught on you last trip. not just that you hooked in to some fine fishing but you have found a home here and BFT. For the sake of being modist here, I would like to say we do have the best, most educated, and sertanly most skilled moderators on the net voulentering their skills and experiences here. And the iceing on the cake is we have the best membership of anywhere on the net and its members like you that make being here a real pleasure. my favorite thing about being here is even if I could not get out to catch a fish today, I can come here and read about someone catching one today.[cool]
cant forget the owners and the perks they provide to our membership. tackle give aways product testing and a free place to play.
