Mark Camp (Bay Man) called me yesterday evening and asked me if I wanted to go with him to the Riverpark this AM for some topwater bass fishing and when the sun gets up, quit, go home and have some breakfast. How in the world do you turned down an invitation like that. These short trips are just up my alley. <br /><br />The fishing was good again this AM. The bass were chasing shad to the surface and would hit our puppies and pop-r's with abandon. We hooked up about 10 or so bass, landed about 5 of them, the rest being long distant releases usually after the first jump. I was back home by 7:49, made coffee, toast, and a western omelet and was sitting outside on our little patio, eating breakfast by 8:12. Now, I am going back to bed for a short nap. Thanks Bay Man for asking to to tag along with you this AM. Anytime that you want to fish for an hour or two this summer for TW bass, don't hesitate to call. emoBig emoGeezer
