Tuesdays are Dr Phillip's 1/2 day off and do we have a fish tale for you. It is only a tale though because old Drumking can't remember to bring his camera and doesn't have a cell phone that takes pics. We topwater fished nearly the entire time that we were down at the Riverpark and caught 22 bass and 1 white bass. 4 largemouth bass and 18 spots. No smallies today. I did catch a couple of good bass. The largest spot was about 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 lbs. One nice largemouth of 3 lbs 15 ozs. After the topwater bite stopped, the bass started schooling just below the RR bridge and we caught 2 or 3 on 1/16 oz jigs with 3" plastic minnows on them. We had at least 10-15 bass hooked up that jumped and threw the lure before we could count them. They had to come in the boat this AM to get counted.
