We found time to get out the other night, so we put in at sullivans and went down river across from bennets lake. We fished the grass and around some docks, we didn't catch alot it was a little slow, they seem to be hanging around the docks in about 10 to 12 feet of water. The water temp was 88, 89 . we fished some plastic worms on the outside of the grass and tried some frogs on the grass. we fished about three hours till dark and headed home. We didn't catch much,but there is nothing like some father and son time, hoping to go again friday on the chick and fish some with ditchdoc666 and maybe learn something about deep water bite.
