put in at shellmound about 30 min before daylight,headed to the crappy hole an it was dry. of fish not water, the water was up an it was 88 to 90 deg.water was coming an going in an out of the cave,caught a couple 4keepers an dicided to go up river to another hole that has been good to me in the past.on the third cast i got a good keeper,it was a rough morning,caught a lot of little to middle size gill, an several spots, tried one more spot before calling it a day.i got bill an his wife hooked on crappy,so i wanted to get him a good mess to take back to chatt,he lives up above the little debbie plant i think. an i cant spell the city,lol, but i know they are the owls,in feet ball...caught most on gastly minnow,yellow in color on a 24 head,an did i mention that they were on the BOTTOM...........man i will be glad when it cools off.,an i really need to get labman over here in my boat to show me what i am seeing on my depth finder.i seen some wierd stuff today. i will try to post the pix of todays catch.it was not great but i know two poeple in owl ville that will be saying nice things about me at supper tonight. an that is what it is all about..... emoUSA the water was as high as i have ever seen it at nick.when we got out of the boat,i let bill out at the big dock at shellmound as the water had the walkway up as high as it would go.making it easier for bill to get out, { hip replacement } years ago..an a bad knee now........ emoUSA <br />
