Jason and I thought we might try the river versus the lake. Not much current today. We caught a lot of small spots and a few LM and one nice spot but the big ones had moved off the banks. I caught most of mine on a spinnerbait with a craw trailer. Jason caught most of his on a jig with craw trailer. The fish were mostly next to laydowns and stumps in shallow water. Had a few that were so tight to rocks or bank that when the SB hit the water I was immediately bit. Fun day out on the water. Lost a nice crankbait to a tree - it is a fat free shad if anyone sees it floating down the river save it for me.
