Woah, that is a nice stringer of perch. The ones I catch in the Mighty Columbia are about half that size and are a lot of fun to catch. Those had to be a good time!
Every time I read one of your posts I just think we should get together and catch some fish, but I live in Vancouver, WA and it is quite a trip to get to Idaho. I pray God continues to bless you with good fishing...for fish and men [signature]

I think that would be great to fish with you for fish and men. Yes I have never seen perch this big let alone catch them.

Dang those are walleye-sized perch! Were they caught out of the great lakes or something? Wish the perch would grow to even half that size around here.

[center]Very nice! Chunky Monkees!
[/center] May not have your quality, but did get into some quantity a couple weeks back to back. Yup - made for a lot of fillet work, but also made for some nice fried, baked, battered feasts! Got into an average 8" class, biggest was pushing toward 10". Better than the widdle dinkers anyway. Week1 [inline N9.StringerFiller.jpg] Some serious drop-shot action! Plus caught a few LM-Bass, and a number of TigerMusky. Just glad they didn't chomp my stringer! Week 2 (nope - it's not the same stringer) [inline 100_0767.JPG] Perch Muncher [inline N2.TrophyShot.jpg] |
