<br /> Alvin and I played hookie from work today and decided that since Alvin had never really had a good crappie day or ever caught bass on a frog we would hit the Chick to fix these two issues. Long story short the Chick kicked my butt today. We fished from 8 to 12:30 and boated 6 crappie (4 keepers with largest being just over 13&amp;quot;, 4 spots, 1 white bass, 3 bluegill and 1 redbreast. Got one blow up frog fishing and missed it. <br /> I need more training. I did bring the 4 crappie home for my mom so not a total waste. <br /> We hit Kevin Browns Burgers for lunch which made up for the &amp;quot;crappie&amp;quot; day. We hit the Riverpark after lunch to extract our revenge on our pet fish (see Part 2 post from today for report).
