So, is it single hook ,or double ,I noticed you can't tell from pics,did this on purpose?we all have our secrets,the hook is the most important part.Send me a free frog and I will post pics, I fish the glades 2,3 times a week,I recently caught my 2nd biggest in glades with frog 6,3/4lbs I use a conventional frog without the weight,plus I removed the double hooks and use a single hook,single hook is the way to go, its much easier to set the hook with one hook,2 hooks makes it twice as hard to get a good hookset.Sincerely yours,Paulpro P.S. I like to use 15powerpro with 30 power pro leader ,also I pinch the barb Frankies rules?I catch up to 30 with frog alone.more than I ever had with a double hook,before I was lucky to catch 5 ,I hope this can help you,upgrade your frog if you use a double hook.Double hook was the worst idea ever for a frog,it took me some time to figure out about the single hook.Alfred said it was my best idea by far.even called me a genius,he was very proud of me.Before this he had only caught one on the frog ,now he loves using it,this is no joke try it and let me know how it works for you.
