Penn 320 GT2 won't click

Hello!

Please pardon me if this is a really stupid question, but I'm a newb and I can't find the answer anywhere.

So I just got a Penn 320 GT2 real. I was under the impression that it should click when the drag goes out, to alert me that a fish on. But the drag goes out without without clicking. How disappointing.

Am I doing something wrong (is there a secret clicker button somewhere) or does this reel just not click?

there is a clicker switch on the face of the reel, opposite the side with the handle. You simply slide it over, and you've got the clicking sound you are looking for.
