i know its not a "fishing tip" but when out in the boat i like to take a power invert-er and plug in the the 12v socket and take a WATERPROOF heated blanket and put it in my rod box, and have it around my rods while fishing and going from spot to spot, its nice to reach in and pull out a warm setup and even if it only last about 10min,it also keeps those ice sickles away on cold days, and you can always throw your lunch or coffee in there to lol
