Lost creek monsters????
#1
Alright, i just want to know from everyone out there if Lost Creek has some nice sized fish? I hear people from time to time catching 20 + " fish there and I would just like to know if anyone has actually caught any of them or just heard as well. I have fished up there a lot ice fishing and the biggest i have hooked into is an 18" cut with plenty of 12- 16 inchers... Whats the biggest you guys have caught up there before?? Pictures would be awesome as well... Just trying to get my hopes up is all... Thanks

Oh there in there. One of the best trips I’ve had at LC was just this last fall. I invited this 18ish inch guy to my photo shoot only because he was the first fish I ever caught on a TD wobble jig. I caught a couple fish that was much bigger but they were taking on worms and marshmallows.

On Adam Eakles show last year some one sent in a pic of 2 fish caught out of there. If I remember right they were both over 5 pounds. In a few years there should be some nice ones with the slot limit in effect now.

Slot limit will do nothing but reduce the size of your fish!!
Slot limits are for fly fisheries!!

Here is a thread I posted a few years back of a nice LC cutt, it was the fattest cutt I've ever seen, for it's length. I have seen bigger fish that were caught there but it was a very long time ago.

[#502800]My neighbor caught an 8 pounder and a 6-1/2 pounder on the same day last year through the ice. Both of them were Cutts. The picture was in the local newspaper.[/#502800]
