Jordanelle Access?

I'm taking my kids along with another family out on Saturday. I want to get the kids into some perch. This will be the first ice fishing trip for some of these kids. Dont really care about size. I would rather have quantity for them. I was out at Rockcliffs area a few weeks ago and was able to drive down the ramp onto the old highway. Does anyone know if the road is dried out or is it still pretty muddy in the afternoon? We cant take our cars through that mud. I'm lookin for easy access for the kids as well as a pregnant woman. Maybe Hailstone? Never been there so not familiar with that ramp. Thanks for any info.
