dough bait?

Just wondering what you carp fishers use for homemade dough bait? Also corn isn't allowed for use in any bait right? Thanks for anything[]

Yes, corn is illegal to use in Utah. It is legal in NV, where I fish. We keep a can on the boat for days when the bass won't cooperate. We call it the anti-skunk kit, haha. Carp love it. Here's the biggest I've caught, weighed 17lbs.

I believe you can use corn meal (ground corn) in dough baits, but I'd double check that with someone more familiar with UT regulations.
