East canyon

Anybody know how the ice is up at east canyon? Wanted to head up there saturday and do some fishing, is there enough open water to fish, and any reports [:/]

Fished EC this morning. I could not see any place I wanted to try getting on the ice. Went up to Taylor Flat and cast out to the edge of the ice. My partner caught one bow that I would give an honest estimate of 13". There is quite a bit of open water up there. Saw three fly fisherman at different times trying their skills. One of them had his double hull down pretty good. Did not see them catch any.
