I would find it highly unlikely. Cutler is not even fully ice free just yet, so I think it will be a few more weeks for Porcupine.

nope just the very upper end.! caught a few open water small trout though

edges around entire upper end are open water for about 2-5 ft still some thick ice though
Caught 4 trout in about an hour or so on a small spoon. Road is a bit muddy though 4x4 recommended. Wont be long till its ice free maybe 2 weeks depending on the temps.. [signature]

it will be awhile yet on the ice off. was up again on last thur edges are rotten had left a ten ft plank and that is not near long enough, went threw the ice coming off in about six feet of water man it was cold,all in all aggreat year,of koke catching.

That's deep right close to shore isn't it? I went through a couple weeks ago but lucked out and my momentum carried me onto the bank so I only got wet to my knees but I didn't touch bottom yet. Hey those cuts looked good are there still fair numbers of them in there? I usually just go after Kokes but in my high school days we used to catch some gorgeous Cutthroats up there, and it would be fun to catch a couple for old time sakes. I really like cutties especially when they get a little size to them. Anyway thanks for the update. Later J

it was at the head of the dam and i only caught kokes all year other than a brown every once and awhile.

snowed about 3 or 4 inches in the past couple days,so from theparking lot up will be muddy dam is still way froze but ice is along way from edges but i bet u can find some good open water back where cinimon creek comes in. some one stole the sheds i had in my snowcat,but then again thats what i get for leaving them.
