How long has the ice been off at the Gransville Reservoir? I would have figured it would still be covered. Also, is the reservoir full? Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

Ice has been off about two weeks. They lowered the water level lower than normal last fall, so the level is not quite as high as it normally is. They will start pressurizing the irrigation system on the first of April. They will start using water on the 15th.

I went there last saturday. Got there at sunrise, fished off the north side for about 3 hours without a bite. I decided to cruise up to Settlement and caught 15 small rainbows in a little over an hour.
