On the water at Jordanelle
#1
Oh yes open water[sly][cool][Wink][Smile][sly] Well it was till the ice let the wind blow it to the PWC ramp..

I got to Jordanelle about 10:00 and the water was like glass with some ice out in front about 100 yards away..

I got my boat on the water but the ramp may be close to being out of the water, the lake is that low..

What ice there is is real bad and could be gone with the next good wind, but the main boat ramp has to be cleaned off be fore it can be used..

Oh yes I did get one bass and one brown, and was pushed off the lake when the wind came up about 2:30..
It was nice to know my boat is fixed and with all new batteries.. Two of the batteries are only a year old if any one needs any 27 series at $25.00 each..

The lake (Jordanelle) is at an all time low right now, I hope we have the run off to fill it..

That's scary it's that low. I know last fall when I was fishing there it was hard to navigate through all the broken trailer parts on the ramp. Come on run off.

I attended a class a few weeks ago where a specialist on Utah water supply spoke.
He said that there would be some reservoirs that won't fill this year. He went on to say that we will have enough water for our needs this year but we can't have another winter like we just had, next year or we will be in trouble.

He didn't talk about the needs of our fish though.
