Nice cat! I was pretty happy with 5 lb.-ish channel I caught in the Jordan River a couple weeks ago... Now I'm feeling a little less awesome about it and somewhat jealous!

Sorry- haven't posted the updated rules yet, but we'll start up entries on Apr 15th - tax day.... I'll update the poster from last year with this year on it. You'll just wanna print one off to place with your entries.

A 5lber's a respectable cat on my line. But I suspect it's gonna take more than that to top the heap. I wanna see 33+

Now help me out here Professor- the, uh, Jordan River - now that's down SOUTH right? Um - yeah. Thought so! [:p]

We still got a little warmup to go yet.

There were some Wavefishing certificates awarded, had a collection of BFT bling - shirt, patches, stickers.

Aiming for about half the entry monies to go to the grand winner, and basically it worked out that the winning team got the entries refunded (plus a bit). So it will depend on how many entries. Have to see if we can drum up anymore donations.

AND on top of that - there were some Coyote Cap Spinners dished out! [cool]

CoyoteSpinner, are you talkin crap on the southern end of northern Utah?? You know why all the trees lean north in Utah right? Because Northern Utah sucks! Ha, or Idaho lite as I like to call it.
Jokes aside, thanks for the encouraging words about the 5 lber. Just like everyone else, I like praise.
What's this contest and how do you get in it? I suspect I'd lose, not being a huge cat fisherman, but it sounds fun nevertheless.
