East Canyon (Report)

Me my dad & my bro went to east canyon saturday fished 1:30 till 3:30 pm on the shore by the inlet we each caught 1 and we each had 3-4 other bites the biggest 17 1/2 inches and fat there were lots of boats near the inlet also and it sounded like they were doing pretty good too. All in all it was a good day I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice Report. Did they have the anchor worm? What were you using?

I saw you guys. I was in the blue pontoon across from you. The water was shallow in that area,and fishing was better a couple hundred yards north.

I caught 7,all nice but none as big as last week. a couple on white whatta cricket tiped with salmon egg,4 on white hot head,1 on rust craw.

I knew I was forgetting something my dad and bro were using Nightcrawlers and Lime twist powerbait and I was using salmon eggs with light green powerbait (I use the floating powerbait to keep my bait off the bottom cause it stays on my hook better than a marshmellow)And yes the fish did have anchor worm.
