A coworker of mine was up there yesterday. Said the wind was taking care of the last of the ice. He didn't fish, but there is no reason to think that it won't be good fishing once the wind stops blowing...

That darn wind!!! Thnx for the update. Hopefully this storm will blow through quickly & I'll only have to fish in 30 mph winds instead of 50 mph. That's spring fishing though right?![Wink]

I'm hoping to go there in early May if the weather cooperates. What is the best way to the north boat launch? I want to launch a 9 foot pontoon boat.
