So im new and already dig this sight its seems like its full of good people cant wait to pick everyones brains (not literally LOL). So for my first official report let tell everyone about Oakley Resivior. First off the rainbow fishing is pretty dang good we have been using browntrout colored needlefish and walleye trolling rigs no walleye yet but still just a tad to early up there. Finally everyone please be safe in your boat and if its to windy stay on the bank.

I fished Oakley from the bank the last two Saturdays. It was real slow bait fishing. I tried worm with marshmallow as well as Powerbait. There are some NICE trout in there. this past Sat I didn't even see a fish caught. I think I will wait a while before heading back over there.

Welcome to the site. Much more fun being a participant than a lurker!! Thanks for the good reports. I, too, found Magic slow, although a boat fishing my area was doing much better. Slow trolling leeches. Again, looking forward to more reports from you. Mike
