TM Info From Past...
#1
Kinda curious with the interest here on BFTa Mod didn't post up some basic TM fishing links...[:/]

So for those of us who extensively chase Utah Tiger Muskies alls I can say is we have learned a great deal on our own with the dirty 4-letter word have,
R-E-A-D about these fish and the parents of this hybrid sterile fish. Including and formost have put literally hours-upon-hours-upon-hours on the water honing equipment, tackle techiques and skills.

Yes I'll be the first to admit, we are a unique, many have called us elitist, secretive, tight mouthed but we are a very small band of brothers and sisters of
TM anglers here in Utah...very small. We have and continue to teach ourselves by reading and spending as much time as we can on the water.

Now even between this very small band of TM anglers we don't give up info very freely even with each other and we all appreciate that and its all about respecting the other dedicated and passionate TM angler.

Hopefully I can speak for these dedicated small band we all SINCERELY thank very much the Utah DWR folks for bringing an awesome sport fish to the great state of Utah.

So for those wishing information let me start with these past posts to reduce maybe a bit of research.

We will tell you this, for the serious TM angler looking for a true throphy, its a whole lot of time on the water and a lot of the 3Ps = passion, persistence, and above all patience.

Enduring and tolerating the Power Squadrons that invade TM waters during the summer makes for some very interesting angling and PUCKER factor to say the least.[mad] [shocked] [mad] [shocked]

Good luck and I hope the above links will give you greater insight on TM fishing...[Smile][Smile]

I'm not a tiger hunter but that was a fine post young un. God on ya. [Smile] I'm still a smallie guy so if you get an useful info, for a tuber with an obnoxious dog, let me know. I'm still obstinately of the opinion that the tigers have greatly reduced the smallies, but that's just me. [:/]

Good post K2. I like that you've busted your butts to educate yourselves on how/where/what to use to catch TM. All the info you gain comes at a price for those that are willing to put in the hours/lures/techniques that it takes to learn all about the species they are going after. To many people that are always whining about wanting info. Get your butts out and educate yourselves like K2 does. I'm done venting.
