Spring luggage scale with tape measure

Here is a certified luggage scale comes with a tape measure as well,I modded the hook by sharpening ii so I can weigh the big fish by the mouth instead of by the gill[]

Also did a mod so the tape measure will stay extended .if not it retracts if you let go of it[frown]
