Fished the north dike of Lincoln this afternoon with the kids. Couldn't keep all the poles in the water. Good variety-muds, channels, white bass, carp, and a gill. Ran out of bait. North wind made for a great surf......not so fun for fishing. Kids had fun though.

What kind of bait were you guys using???...And those north winds at Lincoln Beach can be killer...

Looks like those mud kitties are on steroids for sure. Caught a few steroid user a few days ago on the Jordan river.
Any size to the blue gill or white bass ?

Used good old night crawler. Caught some tank mudders. White bass were all pretty small. Only bluegill was pretty decent size. You can see the lone channel we caught in the pic.
