Land Based fishing sport near Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral

Hi - we will be making our annual trip during the 4th of July week. we are staying in the Cocoa Beach near the 520 crossover. Any suggestions for land based fishing near that area would be very much appreciated. We are Catch - Click - Release.

This is our first trip where we do not plan to take a charter. I found a place near the Marina that rents fishing boats. Does anyone know a place nearer in the Cocoa Beach area?
