Bear lake???
#1
I still got my bag of happy cicsco. Will fishing pick up good that would be work driving there one day to get my dad into some monster fish anytime soon? As well what area's might be the best fishing with cisco. Might just troll around with cisco or bottom set it in the deep areas and go back to shore and play the fun waiting game.

I just went out for a couple of hours yesterday and caught 5 cutts. Smallest was 17" and biggest was 23". The rest were about 19".
I was off of Cisco beach, northern part and the best depth seemed to be 40-45'. I was jigging a white 4" tube jig with 3/4 oz. jig head and tipped with 2-3" strips of carp meat.

I am sure that the ciscos would work just a well as the carp, but carp is all I had. When I fish there I usually can pick up a nice laker or two if I go between 60-90' in the same areas. The cutts were biting pretty well, I just missed a lot of them. If you get the jig down within a foot or so of the bottom and let the wave action do the jigging, it seems to work best. Also, if you miss the hit, keep jigging, they almost always will nail it again. I get them following and hitting it all the way to the top once they start hitting it.

Hope this helps.
