This is an answer to some complaining for not taking pics on the river. Any suggestions?
Sorry guys, I have a problem taking pics on the water. At my age my balance is not too good, that coupled with high dirty water and can't tell where I'm stepping, I could very well experience a dunking, which I've done a few times now. Even wearing waders (hot), it would still get wet with water coming in over the top That would obviously kill my "old" camera. I don't have the $ for a waterproof camera, sooooooooo, I just wait until I get home. I guess I could try to take the camera to the bank and lay it down on the shore and try to land the fish near the camera, but I'm afraid if I tried that, with me stumbling around with the fish on the bank, etc. the fish wouldn't be too healthy for release or drop the camera in the water..
