Just a repeat on the Weeb, but low, dirty water

Went during conference hoping for fewer people. Forgot about elk season (camps on the river) but as long as they didn't shoot at Sparky I was ok. You never know, a lot of idiots out there!!!!! Water at ,76 scfs, below Echo, (.2 % of recent flows) obviously a trickle. What was disappointing was was that it was chocolate. Caught my normal # on the prince but just wasn't into it today. Was hoping for clear water I guess. Probably the last trip for about a month because of a trip Colorado,., (relatives), deer season,(don't want Sparky shot), etc. I did not see a duck on the river. Hope that changes. Just hope the big guys survive the low flow and freeze.
