Strawberry boating ramps closing

Quoting the DWR Facebook post from today, 10/8.
"Today, the U.S. Forest Service notified us that they will be closing all their developed facilities, including the boat ramps at Strawberry, Flaming Gorge and Pineview reservoirs. We wanted to pass the word to anglers who might be making plans for the weekend. For now, the roads remain open, and anglers should still be able to fish from the shore and launch small boats/float tubes by hand."

Will this closure affect all the ramps at Strawberry? I think Aspen Grove is private but if it's a Forest Service closure, it might become a matter of access?

Update from the strawberry bay marina & lodge's Facebook post from this morning, I would just call the marina before you plan on going up, but appears to still be open there:
"As far as we are aware, the launch ramps at strawberry will remain open until the docks and season slip holders have all been pulled. There is no official timeline on this but it will take several weeks to accomplish. The marina lodge and boat rentals all remain open an will not close."
