I hit scofield this morning with my father in law. We had a lot of bites but they were mostly light hits. We missed at least 15 bites. Surprisingly power bait was working the best. Tried worms, chub meat, tube jigs with chub meat, Jakes lure, super duper lure, and power bait. Caught one 16 inch cutt and 6 12-13 inch rainbows. We were fishing from the shore near the dam across from the boat launch. We didn't see many weeds floating, but there was a ton of algae on the surface that would coat your line. Fished from 715-1130.
