Just another great day at YUBA

Went to Yuba on last Sunday. We did alright but im blaming the full moon. We caught 7 total with the biggest 33". Still on the hunt for the 40 + incher.

Very nice. It looks like that pontoon is the perfect fishing platform. Good luck getting the big one in your net. We all know they are in there.....but very, very elusive. Thanks for the report.

The water temps were any where from 51 to 54. Almost got to 55 by the time we left. If you go up toward painted rocks water temps drop a bit and the clarity too.

Hey daniel its been a while. Me and a buddy hit Yuba last weekend and only managed to pull three little guys out. Im thinking next time we will have to bring the boat. That is if it is still safe to launch. Did you have any issues on your pontoon?
If you decide to make another run at Yuba soon let me know. I'm always up for so Pike fishin'!

You gave away your secret to catching those great northerns in the first picture. it shows EXACTLY how you have to hold your mouth to get one of the 30+ inchers in the boat man. LOL.
