I'm heading down on the 11th with a group of friends and it seems like they have a decent grasp on how to fish for the big lakers through the ice, but I'm always looking for that edge! If anyone has some advice - I'd love to hear it if you're willing to help me out! We'll be headed down for 3 days and I'm taking snowmobiles to help transport us all around the lake if need be, but I've got one target for the whole trip: I want a big lake trout. PM me if you're feeling generous and want to help a guy out! I've never done it before, and the guys I'm going with have never actually iced any large lakers.
