Berry in the blizzard 1/10/2014
#1
Me and the father in-law made it up to strawberry yesterday to brave the 20-25 mph winds and sideways snow. Normally we both try to stay out of the wind storms and make trips based on good weather but with a scheduled surgery on the 16th this was my last chance to get a fix in for at least 2 or 3 weeks. Fished multiple spots (Hawes, Renegade, Meadows) but ended the day at the old reliable honey hole. Wind was nonstop but thankfully so is catching. Iced 50+ fish all ranging from 17 to 21 inches. As usual, white was the color of the day and we were in 13 feet of water. Kept 7 rainbows for the grill and smoker. Crappy weather but great company and fishing.

[#0000FF]Nice work. Glad you got some tugs before the knife. Good luck with that.

Those jig heads in pic #2 look kinda wobbly.

I like to put a familiar object (knife, pop can, something) in my pictures just for size reference. Without that a 10 inch fish looks the same as a 20 inch fish.

I tried to send you a PM that was going to be titled "Wobble double trouble" unfortunately I wasn't able to resize the pictures from my phone. But yes both those fish have your handiwork stuck in their lip.[Wink]
