Gonna hit up the gorge next week for some burbot and some lakers.
I have never been there before, so locations with good ice and any tips will be much appreciated!

There isn't much ice this year, so you're pretty limited. The ice starts above Currant Creek (about 2-miles above Buckboard). For the most part, it's been iced above there since December and just gotten thicker since then. As always watch the shoreline and pressure ridges. It's been really warm and windy and that can push the ice around.
If you're looking for access points to ice fish burbot and lake trout, Lost Dog is probably the easiest to find. You'll find the Lost Dog road about 9-miles south of Green River on Hwy 530.
Below Currant Creek it's wide open, with exception to ice in some of the bays. Boats are still launching at Anvil Draw, Lucerne, Antelope Flat, Sheep Creek, and Mustang Ridge.
