How is scofield?

Any new updates? I'm sure the ice is pretty thick? How about the edges?

Thanks

The edges of the ice is great. The ice is over a foot thick. I haven't seen any pressure ridges or slushy spots. There is a little bit of snow on the ice but not too much. But I haven't been there in about a week so I don't have the most current info.

The fishing has slowed down but you can still catch some trout and maybe a few chub too. It sounds like everything being caught is mostly 10-16 inch cutts with a few rainbows and that has been my exact experience the handful of times I fished it.

I have yet to do great ice fishing there this year, with about 15-20 fish a day between 4 poles. I have yet to see one jig or lure work better than any other. Basically any small ice jig or ice fly works with either a wax worm, meal worm or piece of night crawler.
