So there was no bite to be had at American Falls today. Few fishermen but no signs of the fish. Fished near McTucker for awhile and caught a couple 12in planters from the river. For a Monday I was surprised how many people were fishing the ponds. Overall slow day. Just need the walleye to start the move.

The nice thing about A.F.

BIG FISH and the wind Blows. Keeps every thing at a even keel. The best fishing at A.F. Is when the winds not blowing.

It's like a leatherman. Downspout rainwater distributor, sluice box, fish length decoder, and it keeps my live bait from having cold feet on the ice. My only regret is that fish came next to a big ice sheet and not through it. Would have been a good one for the ice fishing board competition.
