College Bait shop

Hello, I am Junior at Grand Valley State University in Michigan. I am taking an Entrepreneurship course this semester and one of our projects is to come up with a good idea that interests you. Considering my love for fishing, I decided to find an idea that helped solve a specific problem while your out enjoying this great sport. I decided that it would be pretty cool to have a delivery bait shop service. I've talked to many people about this idea and I have received some very good advice, but I am looking for more!! Anything helps and I would appreciate it if anyone gave me tips or ideas. As of now I am thinking one way of pursuing the project would to be stationed in an area such as hardy dam or Canadian lakes. Somewhere where I and co-workers would be able to hop in a boat and deliver instantly. Of course people would be able to stop by the shop also, but I think that the aspect that would stick this company in front of its competitors is the fact that it will deliver. This is just an idea right now and I would appreciate your thoughts as well. Thank you! Also take my poll if you have time! Would you pay a small fee for boat delivered to your boat side?

I personaly think its a good/bad idea the good about it is like u said you would be a step above the rest but also have to think how much would u charg for bait will there be a delivery charg and how much would that be what's the min purches to have it delivered. the key factor here would be will it be worth it not only for u but the customer. With the gass prices rising will it cost u a lot. also if prices are to high then people could just spend the same amount at there local tackle shop and get more then what they would get from haveind it dilivered. sorry for jumping around but another pro would be that fishermen/women wouldnt have to leave there. spot if there on the fish idk how meny tims i ran out of bait andd had to leave a good spot and drive like 20. minutes to the closets shop and when i got back the fish were gone or other people moved into the spot i was at. i hope this info helps a little have fun and good luck and let me know more details as u go would love to see this work for u
