Hey I have a buddy heading for Powell tomorrow to launch a houseboat at Bullfrog. He would love to do some fishing in the morning and evenings while there. Do you have some tips to help him get some tugs? He will have boat access and loves crappie, walleye and bass. Appreciate any tips you would care to add. Thanks J

I was down there the last couple days and we caught lots of stripers by Moqui on the east side of the mouth of the canyon. We got into the walleyes on the opposite side (north) of Moqui canyon. There's a green bouy marking Moqui Canyon that sits in 28ft of water. The walleyes were running between that 28ft to 58ft of water. Green jigs tipped with worms and bottom bouncers caught them. We also got a report that crappies were being caught in the San Juan arm.
