New riggins rules!!!!!!! Please read and respect

I riggins they have the new time rules and property rules posted on the property. It says if these rules are broken they may shut all that property down. I just have to say if you see someone breaking the rules please let law enforcement know. I know you want to first on the river but if you break the rules it may be the last time out on that river. 30 minutes is not worth losing the spot over please respect all fishermen and women and obey the rules

Where is Riggins?
