Gills alive and well

Went out to Mantua Friday night.The skeeters were thick clouds.Walked out to the' 'secret spot" began to slay the Bluegill one after the other.Used a fb pheasant tail and then toward evening switched to an elkhair caddis.Released all fish in order to come back in December and catch them again through the ice.

Any size to them this year?

Not huge, but about half of them were as big as my hand.(I have short fingers)
