spent a few hours at east canyon (report)

[fishon] saturday after work decided to go with the family and girlfriend on a trip to East canyon since we can usually get up there pretty quick and with it being so hott, it was nice to be able to get into the reservoir and cool anyways we got up there around 4 and fished til 9 caught about 5 kept 3, there were 4 of us total, here's the ones we kept

Those are some nice sized trout. How was the boat traffic at that time of day? I may have weekends off now so looking for times when the power squadron isn't as thick.

power squadron...how i despise there were a 3 smaller boats fishing the shoreline but 2 of the typical i'm going to blast music as load as i can while tubing so everyone thinks i'm cool. as soon as they sun started going down they left though so it was nice.
